What You'll Learn in the Maya Workshop
Week 01:
Maya
Overview: we learned in week one what is Maya, how can we download and
install Maya software, how we use Maya software, and which types of
features are available in Maya. We give basic guidelines about Maya. |
Week 04:
Making
Characters Move in Maya I: This week, we'll learn how to make a cartoon
person move in Maya. We'll use simple ways to make our cartoon person, named
Stewart, do a big jump. |

Week 02:
Introduction to Animation in Maya: We learn in
week two how we create animations and how we design any object in Maya.

Week 05:
Making Characters
Move in Maya II:
We're going to learn more about making characters move in Maya. We'll
practice by making a robot arm do cool things. This will help you learn how
to make even harder animations later. |

Week 03:
Basic
Ideas of Animation: Using what we've learned in the last two sessions, you’ll
make our Squirrels rig do a bouncy jump. |

06:
Making Characters
Move in Maya III: In this part, we'll go over the
important things we learned so far in the workshop. We'll also talk about
harder things you can do with character animation.
